1/2 cup butter, melted
4 mashed bananas

A Dash of Cinnamon & Milk
1.)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini ramekins with non-stick oil. Whisk
together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2.) Peel and half bananas in separate bowl and add a little bit of milk and cinnamon - eye it. Heat it in the microwave for aboout 15 seconds. Then Mash well.
3.) Make a hole in the center of flour mixture. Then, mix together butter, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla. Stir, making sure all the flour is incorporated. (I poured my batter into a glass measuring dish so it'd be easy to pour into the ramekins). Fill your batter to the lower rim of your ramekin. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of batter.
4.) Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. (Poke a toothpick in the middle - should come out clean). Remove ramekins from oven; best served hot with warmed glaze. Drizzle with Honey-Cinnamon glaze. ((I didn't have any, but I think chopped walnuts would be FABULOUS on top of this dessert.))
